The announcement text: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a front of house receptionist to work for a large firm of chartered surveyors based in central London.
The reception area is constantly busy, therefore the successful candidate must be able to multi-task, have exceptional customer service skills, be well presented and thrive in a manic environment. Must also be a team player as the role will involve working alongside another couple of receptionists.
Duties will include:
- meet and greet clients
- transferring calls
- booking meeting rooms
- booking taxis*couriers
- making sure that the reception area is always kept clean & tidy
- responding to e-mails
- dealing with queries
- ad hoc administration
Must have a minimum of 3 years previous reception experience within a corporate*office environment, experience of using switchboards and excellent communication skills. The role would suit someone who enjoys a busy workload and takes pride being a front of house receptionist.
